The Museum of Jewellery and Provençal clothing is located in the heart of the Old Town in a beautiful mansion. It has been in operation since 1997.

You can find an outstanding collection of traditional Provençal clothes and jewellery, which gives a good idea of life in Grasse before modern times.

The museum is mostly known for Hélène Costa’s collection of her immoderate taste of Provençal traditions. The exhibition showcases her collection of clothes and jewellery of the region. You will find skirts, caracos, corsets, droulets, chatelaines, crosses and earrings, all of which date back to the 18th and 19^th centuries.

Visit the museum and get a glimpse of some traditional and vintage clothes. Stroll through the suites and lounges within the museum which is also surrounded by a magnificent central staircase. The perfect tour for a journey into the world of elegance and refinement.

The museum is open every day except Sunday and Monday from 10 am to 1 pm or 2 pm to 6 pm.
