The apartment is very modern and completely refurbished. It consists of a big living room which provides a large 2-seater sofa bed that has a comfortable mattress. The well equipped kitchen area is open to the living room. In the kitchen you will find essentials like a fridge, an oven, a microwave as well as a Nespresso Coffee Machine.

It is located in a very quiet area in Cannes and you can get to the nearby train station in only 10 minutes by walking. Further, the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals are not far away – a 15 minutes walk through the city centre will get you there! It is also very close to the port where you can stroll through the landing stages and look at the impressive boats and yachts.

The bus stop is at the foot of the building.

You can buy groceries in the supermarket which is 50 metres away from the apartment. You can have breakfast at the bakery directly in front of your apartment. Having a pharmacy close by also a big advantage.
