Your morning: a breakfast in Nice

Start with a breakfast in a very popular neighborhood with the locals of Nice: the liberation neighborhood. A neighborhood that I particularly like: typical, lively and local! It’s small cafés and it’s ultra colorful market reveal you for a moment the Dolce Vita version of Nice. A must do! To get there take the streetcar direction Las Planas. From the train station you have only one streetcar stop to get to the Liberation district. For the walkers, it’s only 15 minutes walk.

Visit Nice with a Walking tour around Nice Old Town :

Your lunch: a restaurant in the center of Nice.

I then advise you to go to the Masséna square by foot or by streetcar. You will walk along the Avenue Jean Medecin with its many stores and restaurants. Direction the pedestrian zone of Nice, where you will find a very good Pizzeria! The Pizzeria Cresci: friendly and very well known in Nice. The pedestrian zone is a very lively perpendicular of the avenue Jean Medecin.

The place masséna in short: ideal for shopping, to stop for a coffee, to stroll on the coulée verte!

Your afternoon: a stroll on the Promenade des Anglais.

The Promenade des Anglais is near the pedestrian area. After your lunch, head towards the sea. I advise you to walk between the Negresco Hotel and the opera house if you are in a hurry. Otherwise, no limit! The hotel Le Plaza or Le Meridien have very beautiful rooftops with one at 360° on the Promenade des Anglais. Small blow of heart for the terrace of the Meridien
