Not to mention the other cities on the Côte d’Azur (Marseille, Cannes, Menton…) that are easily accessible by train. Villefranche is also connected to another small town, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, which is also definitely worth a visit, if only for its spectacular views of the surrounding cliffs and sea.
People often travel to Villefranche-sur-Mer from Nice in search of beautiful sandy beaches. Also worth mentioning is the small but beautiful historic centre of the town.
