The Café de Paris is a sight in itself when it comes to Monte-Carlo. The construction of this café has its own history as it has been changed and restored over the years.

The Café de Paris in Monte Carlo was built in 1865, and in 1907 the building was expanded by the architect Demerlé. In the twenties, decorator Vanhamme also left his mark by transforming the interior of the café. In 1960, Henri Rigal, another decorator, contributed to the transformation of the café by rearranging the rooms in order to fit in a Bowling Club and a Scotch Club. Then in 1962, the offices of the Monegasque decorator Reinhard lent a hand by changing the site to a drugstore with gaming rooms.

Today, the Café de Paris is the meeting place for all the visitors to Monaco. There have also been many celebrities who have served as customers of this place. The terrace of the café offers great views of the Principality of Monaco and its surroundings. The interior room welcomes you in a chic and elegant ambiance by creating a cosy and warm atmosphere during your visit.
